Fancy Banana Pudding

When you think of summer, what comes to mind? For me, its fun on the lake, camping, and family reunions with banana pudding. I mean, is there anything more American than a southern layered banana pudding with bananas and Nilla wafers? Don’t worry though, you won’t even miss them with this banana pudding! The sweet satisfying crunch here comes from my gluten free streusel topping.

Banana pudding doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be, you can make it completely from scratch and stir and wait for the pudding to set. Or you can cheat just a bit and use ***.

To really made the pudding stand out we’re going to add some creamy goodness.

Now that we have our pudding made we can start making layers. To start, sprinkle some streusel along the bottom of your dish.
